Our Food

Tony and Shirley are joined at The Belle Vue with Head Chef TIM MADDOCKS. 

Tim joined us in January 2010 and has a wealth of fine dining experience, and has created a simple yet elegant menu with daily specials. His menu uses fresh, mainly locally produced vegetables, fish & meat. He is assisted by STEVE HARRIS together with three Assistant Chefs.
